Key Accountabilities • Developing and implementing a paid media strategy aligned with company objectives to drive qualified leads and SQLs. • Managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Snapchat, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. • Executing and optimizing campaigns across the funnel to improve lead-to-SQL and SQL-to-customer conversion rates. • Designing and running A/B testing frameworks to optimize creatives, messaging, and targeting. Monitoring and analyzing performance (leads, SQLs, conversion rates, ROAS) and making data-driven decisions. • Collaborating with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure creative alignment with performance goals. • Working closely with Sales to align paid campaigns with buyer personas and business segments that deliver higher conversions. • Benchmarking performance against industry standards and competitor campaigns. • Preparing reports and insights to communicate channel impact to leadership and recommend scaling or budget reallocation. Requirements and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 4–5 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology. • Proven track record of improving lead quality, SQL conversion rates, and ROI across multiple channels. • Hands-on experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Meta. Strong knowledge of attribution modeling and multi-channel funnel analysis. • Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, or similar). • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Compensation and Benefits • Competitive monthly salary. • Health insurance for the employee and their spouse and children. • GOSI registration. • 21 working days annual vacation. • Stock Option Plan. • Rewaa is a fast-growing company with great opportunities to develop.
