About the Role
We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on redesigning and digitalizing end-to-end business processes to support continuous company development.
Key Responsibilities
- βResponsible for the redesign and digitalization of our end-to-end business processes
- βSupport the continuous development of our company through systematic collection and improvement of current processes
- βDesign processes for new strategic business models based on best practices and department requirements
- βIdentify relevant process key figures to measure optimization success
- βParticipate in the selection of IT solutions by identifying, analyzing, and specifying functional requirements
- βPrepare decision-making documents for top management including business case considerations
- βClose collaboration with our Business Process Owners from various departments
- βSupport innovative projects
