• Verantwortlich für die strategische Ausrichtung der Produktfamilie „CRM Services“
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Geschäftseinheiten aus Marketing, CRM, Kundenservice, Datenschutz
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Produktteams und technischen Experten

• Unterstützung und Förderung der Product Owner sowie Entwicklung von Kooperationsmodellen zur Steuerung der gemeinsamen Ziele
• Nachhaltige und zukunftsorientierte Verbesserung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
• Budgetplanung und -controlling, Kapazitätsplanung und konsequente Umsetzung sowie Definition und Steuerung von KPIs zur Messung der Erfolge
