Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver training and coaching sessions to administrators, software engineers, managers, and product owners
- →Create, revise, and develop policies, guidelines, and supporting materials based on relevant information security policies
- →Identify potential security risks and forward them to the responsible parties
- →Advise the product organization on integrating security requirements and conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analyses
- →Collaborate closely with the Security Operation Center and actively participate in development teams to embed security measures, tests, and acceptance criteria early on
- →Foster a proactive security culture with a focus on prevention and quick resolution of vulnerabilities
- →Manage and coordinate the remediation of identified vulnerabilities in close coordination with the product organization
- →Cooperate closely with infrastructure and governance teams as well as colleagues at REWE Digital
- →Support an open feedback and error culture in the spirit of a learning organization
- →Design, evaluate, and further develop software and infrastructure architectures from a security perspective for IT and cloud systems
Requirements
- ✓Experience in information security and risk management
- ✓Knowledge of security by design principles and secure coding practices
- ✓Familiarity with vulnerability assessments and risk analysis
- ✓Strong communication and coaching skills
- ✓Understanding of cloud security and infrastructure architecture
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
