About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and drive the digital transformation of our business processes. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing new processes for strategic business models.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for the redesign and digitalization of our end-to-end business processes
- →Support the continuous development of our company by systematically collecting and improving current processes
- →Design processes for new strategic business models based on best practices and requirements from departments
- →Identify relevant process metrics to measure optimization success
- →Participate in the selection of IT solutions by identifying, analyzing, and specifying functional requirements
- →Prepare decision-making documents for top management, including business case considerations
- →Close collaboration with our Business Process Owners from departments
- →Support innovative projects
- →Plan and participate in company-wide training in process management and/or business analysis
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of business processes and process optimization
- ✓Experience in process design and digitalization
- ✓Ability to identify and analyze functional requirements
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Experience with IT solution selection and implementation
- ✓Knowledge of process metrics and optimization techniques
- ✓Ability to prepare decision-making documents and business cases
- ✓Experience in training and development in process management and business analysis
