About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our Click & Collect service across web and mobile app platforms. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and optimize the Click & Collect service in web and app environments
- →Analyze customer needs, market trends, and usage data to continuously improve the product experience
- →Create and prioritize product backlogs with close collaboration with UX/UI, IT, Analytics, and other stakeholders
- →Develop clear product visions, requirements, and user stories
- →Manage the development process and ensure efficient releases, including testing and quality assurance
- →Monitor relevant KPIs and implement data-driven measures to improve performance
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for digital product functionality and troubleshooting
- →Document requirements, roadmaps, processes, and features
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- ✓Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret customer data and market trends
