About the Role
We are seeking a NOC Manager to lead our network operations center. This role involves managing the product vision, ensuring operational stability, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the NOC product vision and roadmap
- →Ensure operational stability and SLA/OLA compliance
- →Establish transparent performance reporting with KPIs
- →Lead cross-functional coordination during operational incidents
- →Define and maintain runbooks, workflows, and escalation paths
- →Drive Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- →Manage vendors and partners for performance and service integration
- →Lead risk management and crisis management during major incidents
