About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing and documenting business processes, acting as an IT contact for applications, and coordinating between different teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and document business processes in diagrams, descriptions, and acceptance criteria
- →Take partial responsibility for end-to-end consideration of our business processes
- →Act as the IT contact for selected applications and be responsible for their maintenance and further development
- →Coordinate between external service providers, departments, and the developer team
- →Gather and specify functional requirements in the form of Epics and User Stories in Jira and documentation in Confluence
- →Manage different needs and change requests of our stakeholders within your functional area
- →Support the conception and integration of IT solutions into the existing IT landscape
- →Assist with implementation and testing, as well as with the acceptance of solutions by stakeholders using acceptance criteria
- →Ensure understandable user documentation and conduct training for our stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Experience in business process analysis and documentation
- ✓Strong IT background and understanding of application support
- ✓Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- ✓Excellent coordination and communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage stakeholder needs and change requests
- ✓Knowledge of IT solution integration and testing processes
- ✓Experience in creating user documentation and conducting training sessions
