About the Role
We are looking for an HR Process Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing, documenting, and optimizing HR and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support international rollouts and system harmonizations
- →Analyze, document, and optimize HR and payroll processes including time management, billing, master data maintenance, and reporting
- →Gather and specify requirements in the form of epics and user stories in Jira and document in Confluence
- →Conceive and support system adaptations and implementations including reports, interfaces, and automations
- →Conduct and coordinate tests including system, integration, and acceptance tests
- →Advise departments on functional questions and support topics
- →Work closely with HR, IT controlling, and external partners
Requirements
- ✓Experience with HR and payroll processes
- ✓Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- ✓Strong analytical and documentation skills
- ✓Knowledge of system adaptations and implementations
- ✓Experience with testing methodologies
