About the Role
We are looking for an Industrial Automation Sales Manager to join the Rexel team in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the Automation business within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement sales strategy to expand the Automation business with existing customers and acquire new customers
- →Lead, develop, and mentor the sales team to drive consistent profitable growth
- →Engage with executive decision makers at key and target customers
- →Develop and oversee a scalable sales process utilizing CRM for funnel management
- →Assist regional commercial leadership with review and implementation of Rexel and key supplier initiatives
- →Lead the team to execute commercial plans for new growth sectors
- →Understand customer specific business challenges for various industries
- →Drive digital adoption as a digital champion with team and customers
- →Review and present contractual purchase order requirements
- →Create a best place to work environment for all employees
- →Monitor and maintain market and competitive intelligence
- →Lead customer success – Net Promoter Score tool management
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in sales management within the industrial automation sector
- ✓Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
- ✓Excellent understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
- ✓Ability to engage with executive decision makers
- ✓Knowledge of new growth sectors such as Information Software, Process Automation, IIOT, etc.
- ✓Strong market and competitive intelligence skills
- ✓Commitment to effective customer service delivery and integrity
