About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for managing moderate complexity projects, handling customer relationships, and ensuring timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage all aspects of moderate profile/complex projects that require a strong level of product knowledge
- →Communicate with customers, expedite OS&Ds (over, short & damaged), and resolve customer issues promptly
- →Review Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms and conditions are correct
- →Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible
- →Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims, and returned goods
- →Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction
- →Manage the delivery schedule, product quality, information updates, and back charge
- →Receive day-to-day requests from the project and large packages from the Quotation team
- →Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals
- →Determine vendors and purchase requirements to improve project profitability
- →Coordinate with the project team for documentation requirements
- →Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- ✓Strong level of product knowledge

- ✓Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- ✓Experience in coordinating with vendors, customers, and sales teams
- ✓Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders and understanding terms and conditions
- ✓Ability to resolve customer issues promptly
- ✓Experience in managing delivery schedules and product quality
- ✓Knowledge of documentation requirements such as O&M manuals, Test Reports, submittal packages, and Certificates of Compliance
