About R/GA
In our 40-year history, weβve changed a lotβfrom a culture-defining film title studio (Superman, Alien, Ghostbusters); to an interactive advertising agency; to an award-winning product and marketing agency with design, technology, communications, ventures and IP practices. We like change, and like to navigate our clients through it too.
Our approach to work is always human first. This unwavering focus helps us create meaningful and memorable experiences that live across digital platforms and often blur the line between the digital and real worlds. We believe disruptive thinking happens when you collide experts in design, technology and culture.
About the Role
The Studio is the global content production department at R/GA with a mission to advance storytelling through new media and technology. β’ Support integrated deliverables across TV, social, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
β’ Draft and review staff plans, Production Estimates, and Statement of Works (SOWs), signing off on deliverables and vetting fee hours with Business Affairs and Client Engagement.
β’ Prototype and test new production workflows that leverage automation to increase velocity without compromising R/GAβs high standard of craft.
β’ Triple bid, manage budgets, client and vendor relations, and wrap and reconcile jobs.
β’ Lead and inspire client teams across all levels and disciplines by clearly communicating project schedules and daily/weekly deadlines.
β’ Serve as a client-facing content expert across all accounts as needed.
β’ Collaborate with the agency team, clients, and vendors to create the best work possible.
β’ Partner with agency and production discipline leads on problem-solving regarding all aspects of content creation and production.
β’ Work with Business Affairs on talent negotiations, vendor contracts, and talent contracts.
