About the Role
We are looking for an Accessories Product Manager to join ALSO, an electric mobility company focused on creating innovative, vertically integrated small EVs. This role will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of accessories that enhance the micromobility experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and maintain a multi-year accessory roadmap aligned with vehicle programs and customer needs
- →Conduct market and user research to identify emerging trends and new opportunities
- →Lead ODM and supplier-driven accessory programs end-to-end, from concept through validation and launch
- →Partner with internal engineering teams on complex or integrated accessories
- →Work with compliance teams to ensure accessory designs meet regional requirements
- →Collaborate with marketing and operations in go-to-market planning
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of product management or product development experience in consumer hardware, micromobility, or outdoor gear
- ✓Proven ability to independently manage suppliers and bring products from concept to market
- ✓Strong understanding of accessory manufacturing processes and cost drivers
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Experience with integrated accessory design or vehicle-platform accessories is a plus
- ✓Familiarity with packaging, DTC fulfillment, or retail distribution is a plus
- ✓Background in industrial design, mechanical engineering, or hands-on product development is a plus
