Are you a detail-oriented, engineering-minded builder who thrives on designing scalable systems that unlock growth? Do you enjoy creating automation, agentic AI solutions, and data-driven workflows that accelerate sales cycles and improve go-to-market (GTM) performance? Are you excited to collaborate cross-functionally and leverage tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude to drive efficiency and insight? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.
Weβre looking for a Software Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team and help design and build the next generation of automated, AI-powered workflows and tools across our GTM function. Sitting within Revenue Operations, this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Operations to build scalable systems, integrate tools, and automate workflows that improve speed, efficiency, and reach across the GTM flywheel. This role will leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude, to accelerate productivity, streamline processes, and unlock insights.
At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutionsβnot just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If this excites you, weβd love to meet you.
You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
