About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Rillet. This role focuses on driving pipeline and brand presence online through various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, and display channels to drive qualified pipeline.
- →Own SEO strategy and execution — from keyword research and on-page optimization to link building and technical audits.
- →Manage and improve lifecycle marketing programs, including email nurture sequences and onboarding flows.
- →Partner with Content and Product Marketing to ensure digital campaigns are backed by strong messaging and creative.
- →Build and maintain dashboards to track channel performance, attribution, and ROI — and share insights with the broader team.
- →Run structured experiments to continuously improve conversion rates across landing pages, ads, and email.
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- ✓Proven track record managing paid media budgets and delivering measurable pipeline impact.
- ✓Solid understanding of SEO, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
- ✓Comfortable in the weeds of analytics — you know your way around Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- ✓Strong project management skills: able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- ✓Data-driven and hypothesis-led: you run experiments, measure results, and move quickly on what you learn.
- ✓Collaborative by nature but highly autonomous — you don't need a lot of hand-holding to get things done.
- ✓Energized by an early-stage environment where you're building processes, not just following them.
