About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Art Director to join Riot Games, overseeing the quality and management of an art team with a focus on mission, direction, and cohesion. This role involves interpreting and implementing creative and artistic vision for cosmetics, ensuring alignment with global quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

→Oversee art direction for project cosmetics, from concept through final in-game assets
→Uphold artistic vision, craft standards, and success criteria across cosmetics
→Partner with production to ensure pipelines support sustainable quality
→Collaborate across Riot LA and Singapore to maintain alignment and manage feedback
→Mentor and grow craft leads, fostering creative excellence and leadership confidence
→Foster a healthy, inclusive, and creatively charged team culture

Requirements

✓Deep experience with game art production pipeline across multiple art disciplines
✓Proven success in art direction and people management
✓Strong background collaborating with external vendors and co-development partners
✓Skilled in stakeholder management, prioritization, and navigating ambiguity
✓Fluent in English, able to clearly communicate creative direction and goals
✓Experience developing a style and artistic vision, directing an organization to execute on the style
