About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality efforts for Wild Rift’s platform releases. This role focuses on ensuring seamless player experiences through platform certification, compliance reviews, and release readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the release QA process from submission readiness to first-party certification and launch test
- →Drive compliance testing implementation across platforms
- →Define best practices for platform testing and regression
- →Partner with product teams to align test plans with platform requirements
- →Be the QA expert on first-party platforms including submission processes
- →Establish and track release quality metrics
- →Lead and mentor other QA engineers
- →Coordinate external testing vendors
- →Enhance assets/build delivery pipelines
- →Represent player voice in product readiness conversations
- →Communicate quality risks clearly
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in software or game QA with multiple product launches
- ✓Experience with platform compliance and certification submissions
- ✓Monitor post-launch metrics to identify production incidents
- ✓Familiar with domestic game publishing policies and international platform guidelines
- ✓Deep involvement in automation of game packaging and build generation
- ✓Strong understanding of game hot-update mechanisms
- ✓Ability to coach junior QA teammates
- ✓Comfortable owning vendor relationships
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- ✓Experience in mobile automated build pipelines
- ✓Fluent in Mandarin and English

- ✓QA experience across multiple platforms
- ✓Exposure to age rating and regional compliances
- ✓ISTQB certifications (Foundation Level, Agile Tester, etc.)
