About the Role
We are looking for a strategic leader to join Ripple and architect the foundational infrastructure for the XRPL ecosystem. This role will be the central hub for our global strategy, focusing on identifying, negotiating, and executing high-impact partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact partnerships for the XRPL ecosystem
- →Coordinate with regional BD teams across the Americas, APAC, MEA, and LATAM
- →Focus on infrastructure components like wallets, oracles, bridges, and identity
- →Contribute to initiatives like growing RLUSD market cap and tokenizing assets
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, and sales in DeFi, Finance, or Banking
- ✓Relevant experience in Institutional DeFi, Exchanges, blockchain technologies, or FinTech
- ✓Strong understanding of the web3 ecosystem and institutional DeFi market
- ✓Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- ✓Proven track record of developing first-of-a-kind partnerships and complex deals
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
