About the Role
We are looking for a Director, Product Operations to join our team at Ripple in New York. This is a high-impact opportunity to join an innovative company that is redefining the movement of value worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Trading, Operations and Treasury teams, as well as external customers, to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds across all products.
- →Build programs and strategies that identify and resolve discrepancies promptly, while liaising with internal partners, counterparties and other relevant teams
- →Partner across teams to transform reconciliation processes to an automated state across a suite of products
- →Understand risks and requirements for different asset types, including cryptocurrencies, to ensure quick responses to market activity and exceptions
- →Support a globally distributed customer base for our 24x7 product offerings, including customer activity on weekends and holidays
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of trading operations, middle office or trade support roles, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity
- ✓High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and remain organized in a dynamic environment
- ✓Broad understanding of markets and instruments (OTC, crypto, derivatives) as well as data capture and reconciliation principles
- ✓High proficiency in Google and Microsoft office applications, including Excel and VBA
- ✓Experience with SQL and writing queries for daily operations is a plus
