About the Role
We are looking for a Junior User Experience Designer to join our team at RISE, a company focused on accelerating internet for the Philippines. This role involves bringing fresh ideas and industry insights to elevate the user experience across our telecommunication products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Produce digital artifacts including design or content assets, drafts, and prototypes with guidance
- →Contribute to design projects from concept to completion
- →Participate in cross-functional discussions and ideation sessions to help the team formulate design-driven decisions
- →Maintain concise documentation, including progress updates and design rationale
- →Participate in design workshops on visual design, information architecture, usability, and functionality
- →Contribute to design activities, including design hand-offs, to deliver software that satisfies business needs
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of experience in UX design roles, preferably in a global consumer SaaS company
- ✓Ability to create User Interface (UI) designs and user flows using Figma
- ✓Ability to actively participate in the UX and UI design process and contribute to the design system
- ✓Motivation to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to understand problems and co-create solutions
- ✓Ability to visualize abstract concepts and articulate how they would behave in a dynamic, interactive system over time
- ✓Ability to explain design concepts clearly in both business and user-centric terms, and help others understand design principles
- ✓Experience implementing UI designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong advantage
