About the Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce projects across Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Cloud. This role involves managing development teams and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

→Act as Scrum Master for Salesforce development teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies like Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
→Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework across Salesforce projects.
→Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Salesforce Developers to prioritize backlog and manage sprint goals.
→Document and raise risks/issues, following up for timely mitigation.
→Conduct scrum of scrums and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery.
→Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
→Track and report team performance metrics such as velocity and burndown charts.
→Coordinate with cross-functional teams for Salesforce releases, integrations, and deployments.
→Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards.
→Coach team members on Agile practices and Salesforce delivery processes.

Requirements

✓7+ years of overall experience with 5 years as a Scrum Master managing Salesforce projects.
✓Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
✓Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue) and custom development.
✓Experience in a client-facing role.
✓Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
✓Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
✓Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools.
✓Experience with Agile tools like Jira or Rally.
✓Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM).
