About the Role
Join RIVR, a Swiss robotics company pioneering Physical AI and robotic solutions for last-mile delivery. As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will shape the physical identity of our innovative robots, bridging bold design concepts with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead industrial design projects from concept through production release
- →Own the look and feel of RIVR robots while maintaining design intent through engineering and manufacturing
- →Develop high-fidelity 3D models for visualization, prototyping, and production
- →Partner with engineering teams to balance aesthetics with mechanical rigor
- →Drive CMF development throughout the design process
- →Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate using digital and physical tools
- →Contribute to defining a consistent visual language for our robots
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of industrial design experience with a strong portfolio
- ✓Expertise in 3D parametric modeling (SolidWorks) and surface modeling (Rhino)
- ✓Proficiency in rendering software (KeyShot) and 2D design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
- ✓Ability to deliver detailed CAD files for engineering hand-off
- ✓Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product delivery
- ✓Note: In-person presence in our office locations is required.
