About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our team at roadsurfer, Europe's largest camper van expert. This role involves providing exceptional service to our outdoor enthusiasts and travelers, serving as the first point of contact for clients with questions about our products.

Key Responsibilities

→Be the friendly first point of contact for customers, prospects, and station teams, guiding them through bookings, products, and operations
→Support customers at every stage of their journey, from pre-trip questions to post-trip claims research
→Troubleshoot RV and equipment issues, delivering fast and thoughtful resolutions
→Manage booking updates, changes, and cancellations with careful notation and timely follow-up
→Leverage our CRM, reservation systems, GDS, Microsoft Suite, and basic AI tools to stay organized
→Collaborate across departments and with our international team to continuously raise the bar on service quality

Requirements

✓2 years' minimum customer service experience
✓Strong written/verbal communication skills in English
✓Quick problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques
✓Proficient in Microsoft Suite and knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM system
✓Must have availability to work during standard operational hours 8am-8pm PST Monday-Sunday
✓Experience in providing customers with world-class customer service in a car dealership, car rental, or U-Haul industry
✓Able to work independently and remotely
✓Candidates must successfully pass a background check
✓Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs
