About the Role
We are looking for a Location Development Manager to join roadsurfer, Europe's largest campervan rental company. This role focuses on building and managing locations while ensuring smooth daily operations and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and manage the location with central departments and your team
- →Implement and improve existing standards for vehicle handovers and returns
- →Work closely with roadsurfer teams in other countries to improve processes
- →Lead your team with empathy, clear communication, and a supportive style
- →Build your team and find talents who share your enthusiasm
- →Keep an overview of the vehicle fleet and ensure its condition
- →Provide friendly, competent advice on our products to customers
Requirements
- ✓Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area
- ✓At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar
- ✓Initial experience in team leadership is a plus
- ✓Strong service and customer focus with a friendly and open attitude
- ✓Practical and solution-focused mindset with enthusiasm for a varied role
- ✓Excellent English skills plus fluency in the local language of the country
- ✓Driver's license Class B
