Are you a proactive recruiter with a passion for finding the right talent and delivering a world-class candidate experience? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us hire the best-suited candidates while providing expert guidance to our hiring managers.
Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a key player in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards as an employer.
Your mission is to contribute to the overall success of the HR agenda by identifying and hiring high-quality talent that aligns with our culture. You will act as a primary ambassador for our company, ensuring that every touchpoint in the recruitment journey strengthens our reputation and provides a positive experience for potential "Robins."
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate vacancy texts, review applications, and conduct thorough screening interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Proactively identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking, while managing our internal referral process and maintaining a pipeline for future roles.
- Act as a champion for our company culture in every interaction, supporting the Employer Brand strategy by ensuring a professional, high-quality candidate journey.
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience, while conducting necessary background checks (VOG) and ensuring legal compliance.
- Extend job offers in alignment with Compensation & Benefits processes, negotiate terms with candidates, and ensure a smooth transition into the pre-onboarding phase.
- Manage our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track key recruitment metrics, and deliver monthly reporting to managers and the MT to drive data-informed decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- You hold a BA/HBO degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology and have over 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an international environment.
- You are proficient in leveraging social media for recruitment and have a strong working knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS software.
- You are fluent in English with strong verbal and written skills, allowing you to build rapport across various cultures.
- You possess excellent time management skills to handle multiple openings and are a proactive team player who drives continuous improvement.
- You have a solid grasp of Dutch labor laws and regulations to ensure a compliant and professional hiring process.
