About the Role
We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our CXR Pathway Program at Robinhood. This entry-level program is designed to help you build a career in financial services by gaining foundational knowledge and obtaining required FINRA licenses.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in the CXR Pathway Program, including licensing training and foundational skills development
- →Deliver outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and phone channels
- →Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and sharing feedback for service improvements
- →Grow financial services expertise and develop proficiency in a range of financial concepts
Requirements
- ✓Self-starter and ambitious learner comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Ability to embrace skill development through coaching and feedback
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in financial services preferred
- ✓Commitment to achieve licensing and Registered Representative proficiency
- ✓Strong independent judgment and adaptability
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Comfort providing support across multiple channels
- ✓Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
