About the Role

We are looking for an Advanced Services Representative to join Robinhood's Customer Experience team. This role focuses on helping customers with complex issues, particularly in options trading and margin-related matters. You will be the company's voice, using empathy and product expertise to ensure users feel understood and valued.

Key Responsibilities

→Support key initiatives aimed at improving customer experience metrics by collaborating with cross-functional teams
→Identify and analyze customer issues, providing thorough and effective solutions
→Develop subject matter expertise in options and margin trading to handle technical customer queries
→Utilize customer insights and data analytics to identify trends and propose solutions
→Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training content
→Address escalated customer issues while balancing business integrity and regulatory compliance
→Engage in continuous learning and participate in team-driven process improvements
→Provide customer support for Event Contracts upon obtaining Series 3 licensure

Requirements

✓2+ years of customer experience within financial services, including at least 1 year in an active trader role
✓Active Series 7 & 63 licenses
✓Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
✓Proven track record of handling escalated customers
✓Familiarity with support platforms and CRM tools like Salesforce
✓Enthusiasm for financial markets and fintech innovations
