Requirements
- ✓Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses
- ✓Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to adapt to CX experience delivery through phone and written channels
- ✓Exceptional customer service skills to defuse customer anxiety
- ✓Self-starter and ambitious learner comfortable with ambiguity
- ✓Ability to exercise independent thought and judgment
- ✓Schedule flexibility for evenings and weekend hours
