About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Infrastructure Security team at Robinhood. This role focuses on building and operating secure cloud infrastructure solutions to protect Robinhood's products and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with product and infrastructure leadership to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cloud Security and Infrasec platforms
- →Manage day-to-day operations including project prioritization, sprint planning, and collaboration with other teams
- →Provide mentorship to engineers on your team
- →Safeguard systems, networks, and cloud environments against evolving threats
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading engineering teams in solving sophisticated problems
- ✓Background in Infrastructure Security and Cloud Security
- ✓Strong software engineering background
- ✓Strong opinions about developer productivity
