About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Say team at Robinhood, responsible for leading teams to develop products that improve customers' everyday lives. You’ll partner with experts in design, engineering, partnerships, and operations to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize our financial system.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the strategy and roadmap for Issuer Products, aligning product investments with revenue goals and customer outcomes.
- →Conduct structured research with investor relations, corporate secretary, and communications teams to identify unmet needs and workflow inefficiencies.
- →Perform market and competitive analysis to inform positioning and feature prioritization within the enterprise fintech SaaS landscape.
- →Partner with engineering and design to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, manage tradeoffs, and deliver releases on a predictable cadence.
- →Lead 0→1 product initiatives, including validating problem statements, testing solutions, and measuring adoption and impact after launch.
- →Define and monitor product analytics to evaluate usage, retention, and customer value.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise or SaaS products.
- ✓Experience launching new products or major features from concept through market release.
- ✓Strong product judgment, with the ability to prioritize using customer insights, data, and business context.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams.
- ✓Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing complex initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
