About the Role
We are looking for a Product Sourcer to join Robinhood's Business Recruiting team. This role involves identifying and attracting top talent for high-impact positions across the organization, with a focus on building diverse pipelines and delivering a structured hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become a subject matter expert for supported teams
- →Build and maintain diverse sourcing pipelines using multiple channels
- →Conduct targeted outreach and manage candidate engagement through early-stage funnel steps
- →Share talent market insights to influence sourcing strategy and prioritization
- →Use data to track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion trends
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of sourcing experience or equivalent recruiting experience
- ✓Demonstrated experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- ✓Ability to translate business priorities into clear candidate profiles and sourcing plans
- ✓Strong collaboration skills and clear communication style
- ✓Commitment to delivering an inclusive, candidate-first experience
- ✓Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools
