About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Security Analyst, Threat Intelligence to join Robinhood's elite team. This role focuses on detecting, understanding, and disrupting adversary activity targeting Robinhood and its customers. You will operate at the forefront of advanced threats, building scalable systems that turn intelligence into action.

Key Responsibilities

→Proactively hunt and map criminal ecosystems targeting Robinhood and its customers
→Build and operationalize a comprehensive 'Universe of Threats' by identifying and prioritizing adversaries
→Establish and mature a proactive threat intelligence lifecycle through industry partnerships and collaborations
→Investigate attacker infrastructure across domains, DNS, certificate transparency logs, and cloud providers
→Coordinate threat actor infrastructure takedowns with various partners
→Design and automate intelligence workflows using OSINT tooling and data analysis tools
→Partner with multiple teams to prioritize threats based on measurable business risk

Requirements

✓8–12+ years of total experience, including 3–5+ years at a senior or staff-level in threat intelligence
✓Hands-on experience tracking criminal ecosystems tied to phishing, scams, fraud, and infrastructure abuse
✓Deep familiarity with domain registration patterns, DNS analysis, cloud and hosting abuse
✓Experience using OSINT tooling, SQL, Python, notebooks, SIEM or SOAR platforms
✓Ability to translate complex technical threats into clear business risk
✓Experience mentoring others or leading initiatives across teams
