About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Robinhood's Brokerage Technical Program Management team. This role focuses on ensuring our core brokerage systems remain scalable, observable, and reliable as Robinhood supports its next 10 million customers and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead large-scale technical programs from early design through delivery, launch, and operational readiness
- →Translate infrastructure and platform strategy into clear roadmaps and execution plans
- →Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks related to system performance
- →Establish and improve program management mechanisms to increase execution speed
- →Provide consistent visibility into program status for engineering and executive stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in fast-moving environments
- ✓Strong technical fluency and understanding of system architecture
- ✓Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience with large-scale distributed systems
