About the Role
We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to help define and execute how we tell the creator story at Roblox. This role sits at the intersection of product launches, brand narrative, and creator advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution for creator focused initiatives across the Roblox ecosystem
- →Develop and own a clear creator narrative that supports both endemic creators on Roblox and non-endemic developers
- →Partner closely with Product Marketing to bring creator launches to market
- →Build and scale creator storytelling and advocacy through programs such as Creator Spotlights
- →Develop and manage integrated marketing plans across owned, earned, and paid channels
- →Co-lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
- →Define success metrics and refine creator messaging
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of integrated marketing experience, ideally in consumer tech, gaming, or creator driven ecosystems
- ✓Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including live service games and UGC platforms
- ✓Familiarity with game developers and UGC creators
- ✓Experience leading cross-channel campaigns
- ✓Ability to translate complex products into clear narratives
- ✓Experience influencing cross-functional partners
- ✓Strong storytelling, organizational, and project management skills
- ✓Clear point of view on creator representation
