About the Role
We are looking for an M&A Talent Partner to join Roblox, leading talent evaluation processes for acquisitions and providing strategic partnership. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration and contribute to long-term talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead talent evaluation process from interview prep through closing candidates
- →Work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams on post-transaction and integration activities
- →Provide strategic partnership to the business and domain Recruiting across various acquisitions
- →Collaborate on organizational design and long-term talent strategy
- →Flex into other areas of Strategic Initiatives or program manage as needed
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of executive, M&A, or technical recruiting experience in fast-paced technology companies
- ✓Strong sense of ownership, inquisitive and enthusiastic about technology
- ✓Proven success operating with discretion and high judgment on sensitive or high-profile hires
- ✓Ability to context-switch and operate at altitude while executing with precision
- ✓Deep understanding of organizational design, compensation structures, and hiring lifecycles
