About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Creator Safety Experience team at Roblox. This role focuses on shaping how creators experience safety on our platform, developing products and tools that help creators understand policies, respond to enforcement actions, and remediate issues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end product experience for creator safety spanning transparency, enforcement communication, appeals, remediation and reform.
- →Define and refine a product vision for how creators understand and interact with Roblox's safety systems.
- →Turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into tangible, shippable solutions.
- →Build tools that give creators real agency to monitor their experiences and manage harmful behavior.
- →Improve how moderation actions and policy enforcement decisions are communicated to creators.
- →Own creator-facing tooling for rights management and IP enforcement.
- →Enable creators to remediate issues and return to productive building as quickly as possible.
- →Advocate for creators internally and drive alignment across multiple departments.
- →Ensure creator-facing safety experiences remain compliant with Roblox's Community Standards.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer, creator, developer platforms and/or Trust & Safety.
- ✓Deep customer obsession and empathy for their needs and pain.
- ✓Ability to write compelling narratives for various audiences.
- ✓Sound judgment to pair qualitative creator feedback with quantitative signals.
- ✓Proven ability to drive alignment and outcomes across matrixed organizations.
- ✓High degree of comfort working with APIs, SDKs or other developer-facing tooling.
- ✓A strong bias for action and focus on shipping products.
- ✓Familiarity with Trust & Safety domain, appeals systems, or creator/developer-facing safety tooling is a plus.
