About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Account Management team at Roblox, defining how user settings, parental consent, and account types evolve as the platform grows globally. This is a highly visible role with executive exposure and real-world impact on millions of families.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set product vision and strategy across user settings, parental consent and controls, account types, and compliance-driven capabilities
- →Lead Parental Trust experiences evolving parental consent, controls, and visibility tools
- →Build trust through clarity, providing relevant and personalized information for parents
- →Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and other teams
- →Navigate complex tradeoffs across privacy, safety, compliance, and user experience
- →Support compliance by translating regulatory requirements into user-friendly account experiences
- →Measure and improve impact by defining success metrics and partnering with analytics teams
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of product management experience leading large-scale, consumer-facing platforms
- ✓Proven ability to own ambiguous, high-impact product areas and drive alignment across stakeholders
- ✓Strong analytical and user-centered mindset with experience partnering with data science
- ✓Track record of delivering simple, trusted experiences in high-stakes domains
- ✓Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven product development
