We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our team at Roblox. This role focuses on building, scaling, and influencing our recruiting landscape, with a focus on engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive hiring for critical technical roles across Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, and Research.
- →Proactively source and engage top talent through various platforms and communities.
- →Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale.
- →Partner with engineering and data leaders to define role scopes and shape hiring strategy.
- →Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions.
- →Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers.
- →Champion a best-in-class candidate experience.
- →Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines and accurate data.
- →Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks and measure impact.
- →Act as a strategic thought partner to technical leadership.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of recruiting experience
- ✓5+ years experience as a sourcer
- ✓3+ years in-depth technical domain experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
- ✓Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results
- ✓Demonstrated success hiring research scientists, ML engineers, and data leaders
- ✓A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges
- ✓Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System
- ✓A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics
- ✓A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box
- ✓Ability to switch from sourcing to full-cycle recruiting on an as needed basis.
