About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join Rogo, Wall Street's first true AI analyst. This role involves custom fitting Rogo’s cutting-edge AI platform for elite financial institutions, working closely with customers to design scalable and secure cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sales engagements
- →Lead architecture reviews and help customers understand how Rogo integrates with their infrastructure
- →Collaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure customers understand how Rogo meets their security and compliance requirements
- →Partner closely with Sales to support complex enterprise deals, providing architectural guidance and technical validation
- →Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and early adoption
- →Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with engineering to drive resolution
- →Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to represent customer needs and improve the platform
Requirements
- ✓4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure Architect, or similar
- ✓Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts
- ✓Experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- ✓Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, identity and access management, networking, and security best practices
- ✓Strong communication skills and executive presence
- ✓Ability to manage complex, long-running enterprise engagements
- ✓High degree of ownership, organization, and follow-through
- ✓Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance technical and business priorities
