About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Roku's Ads Product team, responsible for monetizing the platform through innovative advertising solutions. This role involves leading the development of next-generation Ad Experiences and Interactive Advertising solutions that help marketers and advertisers drive high-impact sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct market analysis and user research to identify monetization opportunities
- →Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap for ad innovation products
- →Author comprehensive Product Requirement Documents and technical specifications
- →Partner with the UX team for rapid prototyping and A/B testing
- →Drive feature prioritization and process improvements
- →Serve as the "voice of the customer" for the engineering team
- →Lead cross-functional teams to navigate privacy regulations and advertising standards
- →Manage strategic relationships with 3rd-party technology vendors
- →Act as the internal authority on AdTech trends
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience in advertising and marketing solutions
- ✓Domain expertise in AdTech, Ad UX, OTT, and/or DMPs
- ✓High level of customer empathy
- ✓Experience with business intelligence/data analytics tools
- ✓Practical knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and lift measurement
- ✓Data-driven and entrepreneurial self-starter
- ✓Experience working with marketers, marketing operations, data scientists, and data analysts
- ✓Strong cross-functional team leadership experience
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills
- ✓Minimum of a bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- ✓Light travel as needed.
