About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, growth-focused, collaborative, and experienced product manager to lead Roku’s viewer (OS / Platform) product management function in Canada. This role will oversee growth & engagement strategy, manage the product roadmap, and identify key priorities that advance Roku’s business goals in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage & optimize Roku’s viewer (OS) product roadmap for Canada
- →Own product growth & engagement strategy across Canada, partnering with key team leaders in Toronto
- →Drive alignment on key market metrics/goals and be accountable for achieving them through product launches & initiatives
- →Enable & design in-market experimentation to ensure products fit Canadian market needs
- →Ensure market-specific needs & opportunities are represented in cross-functional planning
- →Build relationships between the International Product team and other Toronto-based Roku teams
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize delivery of new features
- →Communicate progress and strategy clearly across multiple levels of the organization
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of product management experience
- ✓Significant experience in Canada’s TV or streaming industry
- ✓Experience working with key Canadian media leaders/partners
- ✓Hands-on growth experience
- ✓Experience with lifecycle marketing/user engagement strategy
- ✓Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and execution skills
- ✓Cross-functional experience across Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
