About the Role
Roku is looking for a talented, well-rounded Senior UX Product Designer who can create useful and easy-to-use streaming experiences. This role requires extensive experience on consumer-facing products and the ability to drive concepts from inception to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- →Explore design directions and analyze pros and cons to arrive at creative design solutions
- →Communicate user experience through wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and prototypes
- →Provide and receive feedback in regular design critiques
- →Balance qualitative and quantitative data for user-centered design decisions
- →Analyze and document interaction models and detailed case logic
- →Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to build unique experiences
- →Contribute throughout the product life-cycle from discovery to AB tests
- →Drive changes, refinements, and improvements to the user experience
- →Operate independently with self-motivation
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of relevant experience in UX Design
- ✓Proficiency in Figma
- ✓Passion for end-to-end user experience
- ✓Strong analytical skills for complex interaction paths
- ✓Strong visual design skills for high-fidelity designs
- ✓Experience with streaming TV experience and TV UI design
- ✓Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- ✓Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ✓Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- ✓Confidence in decision-making while evaluating tradeoffs
- ✓Flexibility and adaptability in navigating change
