🇺🇸 #HIRING – UI/UX Designer 📍 San Diego, California — Hybrid

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. This role partners closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver experiences that balance usability and business goals.

What you’ll do: ▪ Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes ▪ Conduct user research and usability testing ▪ Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle ▪ Maintain and evolve design systems and UI standards ▪ Translate business requirements into user-focused design solutions ▪ Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights ▪ Ensure accessibility and consistency across platforms

Requirements: ▪ 3–5 years experience in UI/UX or product design ▪ Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work ▪ Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD ▪ Solid understanding of UX research and interaction design ▪ Strong communication and collaboration skills ▪ Must be California-based

Preferred: ▪ Experience designing SaaS or enterprise products ▪ Familiarity with frontend technologies and constraints ▪ Prior hybrid work experience
