About the Role
Rotork is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Chemical, Process & Industrial (CPI) markets in EMEA. This strategic, customer-facing role focuses on identifying early-stage project opportunities and positioning Rotork as the preferred partner for electric actuation, gears, and instrumentation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive growth strategies across key CPI segments including chemical, HVAC, mining, marine and data-center cooling
- →Identify and pursue new projects at feasibility and design stages, influencing end-user and EPC specifications
- →Build strong relationships across the CPI value chain: OEMs, EPCs, contractors and end users
- →Work closely with regional sales teams, product management and engineering to shape product roadmaps and go-to-market plans
- →Provide market intelligence, competitive insight and customer feedback to guide commercial decisions
- →Support new product introductions, campaigns and key industry events
- →Spot partnership or M&A opportunities that strengthen Rotork’s market position
Requirements
- ✓Proven business development and sales experience in the process, automation or industrial sectors
- ✓Strong technical understanding of flow control solutions and ability to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions
- ✓Confident communicator able to influence at all levels
- ✓Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a proactive, self-driven approach
- ✓Skilled in building relationships, negotiating and delivering customer-focused outcomes
- ✓Excellent written communication and strong presentation/Excel skills
