About the Role
The Implementation Manager is accountable for successful deployments across Malaysia and Japan selling entities. This role focuses on bridging the gap between programme delivery and site execution, developing detailed implementation and cutover plans, and ensuring risks are proactively managed.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain a detailed implementation plan for Malaysia and Japan D365 deployments
- →Lead and coordinate all site-level preparation activities across functional areas
- →Own and execute the cutover planning process, including checklists and resource plans
- →Ensure technical and operational readiness across site functions
- →Act as the primary interface between central programme and local site teams
- →Collaborate with functional leads to define business scenarios and test outcomes
- →Identify, document, and manage site-specific risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- →Coordinate implementation governance routines and post-go-live stabilisation planning
- →Apply change management techniques to support adoption
- →Track and report against implementation KPIs
- →Contribute to site-level lessons learned sessions
Requirements
- ✓Experience in managing complex system implementations
- ✓Strong understanding of deployment processes and cutover planning
- ✓Ability to coordinate across multiple functional teams
- ✓Experience with D365 or similar enterprise systems
- ✓Project management and risk management skills
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- ✓Ability to work across different cultural contexts
- ✓Change management experience
- ✓Reporting and metrics tracking capabilities
