About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Marketing team at Rover. This role focuses on ensuring data-driven decisions across all stages of marketing, from ROI modeling to experiment design and analysis that drive global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead analysis on customer retention and LTV expansion, identifying trends and recommending strategies
- →Design reporting architecture and define key business metrics for the department
- →Build dashboards and craft data narratives that influence marketing and cross-functional leadership decisions
- →Define and advance our marketing experimentation methodology to ensure statistical rigor
- →Partner with Growth, International Expansion, and SEO leadership to translate business goals into analytical roadmaps
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience using data to drive business impact
- ✓Advanced proficiency in SQL, including code review and optimization
- ✓Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and matrix manipulation using Python or R
- ✓Proven expertise in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design
- ✓Ability to manage large analytical initiatives from design to completion
- ✓Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration to define business problems and implement reporting solutions
- ✓Highly adept communicator of data insights across technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Data visualization tool experience (e.g., Mode, Looker, Tableau)
