About the Role

We are seeking a Senior International Marketing Manager to drive new customer growth across Rover's 16 international markets. This hybrid role requires joining the team in our Barcelona office at least two days per week (Mondays and Thursdays) to collaborate in person. You will report to the Director of International Growth in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

• →Contribute to and own implementation of the annual growth strategy for International Markets
• →Transfer insights into plans, learning agendas, and OKRs
• →Own execution of local growth strategies with central channel teams and external agencies
• →Set clear New Customer volume targets per channel and manage variances
• →Work with analytics department to ensure actionable performance reporting and recurring mechanisms
• →Partner with product and channel teams to improve New Customer conversion rate for International Markets
• →Implement, optimize, and improve local experience of all landing pages
• →Manage local content approach with central teams
• →Produce and own local customer intelligence routines
