About the Role
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to join their team focused on data center talent acquisition. This contract role will involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and operational roles within the data center industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies
- →Source and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events
- →Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and relevant technical skills
- →Manage and coordinate all interview stages while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- →Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of professionals with expertise in critical infrastructure, electrical, mechanical engineering, and construction
- →Negotiate job offers and work closely with the People team to facilitate smooth onboarding processes
- →Stay informed about industry trends, certifications, and new technologies within the data center sector
- →Maintain and update applicant tracking system (Ashby)
- →Advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
- →Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in data center recruitment or technical talent acquisition with a focus on energy-related skill sets
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- ✓Ability to source and network within the data center industry, specifically in operations, engineering, infrastructure, and construction
- ✓Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby) and other recruitment software
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet tight deadlines
