Role Summary
The company is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead the strategy and execution of hiring across the organization, ensuring the company attracts and hires exceptional talent while maintaining speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience.
This role leads the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, responsible for developing scalable recruiting strategies, managing recruiting operations, and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders across the company.
The Director will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle including workforce planning partnership, sourcing strategy, interview processes, candidate experience, recruiting analytics, and employer brand development. As the company continues to grow, this role will ensure recruiting processes remain efficient, data-driven, and aligned with the company’s hiring goals and culture.
The Director will lead and develop the recruiting team including the Manager, Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators, and will partner closely with HR Business Partners, People Operations, and executive leadership to ensure hiring plans are aligned with business priorities.

Travel: Ability to travel approximately 20% for company gatherings.

Compensation: $170-$215K (Offers Bonus)
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning priorities
- Partner with executives and HR Business Partners to translate hiring plans into scalable recruiting strategies
- Ensure the organization hires high-quality talent quickly while maintaining a strong candidate experience
Recruiting Operations & Process Design
- Design and maintain scalable recruiting workflows that support efficient hiring across the organization
- Ensure hiring processes are structured, consistent, and aligned with company standards
- Continuously improve recruiting operations to increase speed, quality, and efficiency
Workforce Planning Partnership
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to align recruiting strategies with workforce planning
- Develop systems to proactively manage requisition planning, hiring timelines, and pipeline development
- Ensure the recruiting team is positioned to support anticipated hiring demand
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure clarity on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
- Provide guidance to leaders on interview processes, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
- Support hiring managers in making strong, timely hiring decisions
Candidate Experience
- Ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruiting process
- Build recruiting processes that reflect the company’s culture and guiding principles
- Ensure communication with candidates is clear, timely, and respectful
Recruiting Analytics & Metrics
- Establish and track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline health, and hiring quality
- Use recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes and inform workforce planning decisions
- Partner with People Operations to ensure recruiting data and reporting are accurate and actionable
Employer Brand & Talent Attraction
- Partner with marketing and People teams to build a compelling employer brand
- Develop messaging and recruiting strategies that attract top talent in competitive markets
- Strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
Interviewing & Hiring Capability
- Design and deliver interviewer training to ensure consistent evaluation and high-quality hiring decisions
- Ensure interview loops assess the capabilities needed for success in each role
- Partner with HRBPs and Talent Development to strengthen hiring manager capability
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with HR Business Partners to align recruiting with business priorities and team needs
- Collaborate with People Operations to ensure recruiting systems, data, and processes support efficient hiring
- Partner with Talent Development to ensure onboarding and hiring quality support long-term employee success
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.
- Manage the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Coordinators
- Set recruiting priorities and workload distribution across the recruiting team
- Coach and develop recruiters to strengthen hiring outcomes and stakeholder partnership
- Ensure recruiting coordinators are effectively supporting scheduling, candidate experience, and process execution
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, including leadership of recruiting teams
- Experience supporting hiring in high-growth or scaling organizations
- Experience building and managing data-driven recruiting functions, including the development of recruiting dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Demonstrated experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to inform hiring strategy and improve outcomes
- Experience partnering with executives and business leaders to translate workforce plans into scalable hiring strategies
- Experience implementing and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience designing and managing recruiting dashboards and hiring metrics to track performance and guide decision making
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights
- Ability to evaluate recruiting funnel performance including pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, interview quality, and sourcing effectiveness
- Experience using recruiting metrics to improve hiring speed, candidate quality, and hiring manager alignment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to leadership and influence hiring decisions using data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience working within a People team structure that includes HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and People Operations
- Experience building recruiting reporting within platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS systems
- Experience designing recruiting dashboards that track headcount planning, hiring progress, and recruiting funnel metrics
- Familiarity with business intelligence or analytics tools used to support recruiting insights
