About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at RRD. This role focuses on generating high-value sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and initiating contact with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Leverage proven prospecting techniques to initiate contact with prospective new clients in our life sciences market (Medical Devices, Biotech and Pharmaceuticals), financial services, utilities, mortgage and retirement services.
- →Generate interest in a discovery meeting with an established RRD Sales Executive.
- →Identify multiple contact points within a supplied list of targets and position the value proposition of our products and services.
- →Conduct online research to better understand the prospect and contact points business objectives.
- →Generate a high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting for Healthcare accounts.
- →Collaborate with the sales team to develop a list of target prospects.
- →Develop and run a pipeline of prospects and provide top-class customer experience.
- →Effectively transition a lead to an account executive following the first discovery meeting.
- →Actively utilize Salesforce for all activities related to Lead Generation.
- →Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy.
Requirements

- ✓Strong understanding of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- ✓Ability to conduct thorough online research.
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
